You can get a copy of the “normal” grey edition for 10 Euro

Then, for all you special editions collectors, we got some copies with a
special printed fleece cover and with
“golden” vinyl which is more like amber with some color spots
inside. This one is pretty much lucent and looks
very nice… There are 50 copies of this SE with extra fleece cover so make
sure to be quick to get one!
From the “golden” record, there are 200 in total so this one
will be sold out fast as well. From the grey one,
there are 500 copies in total so that could be easier to get.
So, we only have some grey LP´s in stock and about 10 copies with the
fleece cover so hurry up to get one!

another update. Sorry for the delay, but I just had to recover from the nasty
cold I got on the
tour which we finished last week.
Let me just say THANKS for all the supporters we had on this tour, for the fans
who watched the shows and
to all the people who let us sleep in their houses, even if some of the
sleeping places were NOT so funny and
did a lot of damage to our health. But we managed to get this trip done without
being real ill so…

We are back safely from our US-trip, which was fun in every way. Thanks a
lot to all the guys from
MAGRUDERGRIND, SANITYS DAWN, UNHOLY GRAVE and all the other bands we had.
And of course we would like to thank all the visitors, all people we could
sleep at and all other
people who had been involved in this. We will come back for sure sometime !!!
And now I have to make a very sad announcement… We have to cancel
the gig at the FLUFF FEST
in CZ, because Frank has an injury in his left shoulder which became septic and
now he has to take
very heavy medicine for one week and he is not allowed to play bass during that
time. FUCK FUCK
FUCK !!!!!!! I´m speechless because we have to cancel another gig in the CZ in
which we looked so
much forward to. I only want to point out here that we are NOT trying to cheat
us away from this gig
because the travel is so long or the sun is so hot. FRANK IS NOT ALLOWED TO
PLAY and he
has a lot of pain in this shoulder so he cannot play bass for at least one
week.
So, if anyone wants to hate us or if anyone wants to tell something like
“Don´t invite YACOEPSAE,
that will cancel anyway”, please shut the fuck up. We don´t cancel gigs
because we are wimps or
because we have better things to do. We cancel them if something happens. And
this time something
very bad happened, so PLEASE forgive us!
Still no news about further releases. The Do-CD could only take some
years to release because it´s
made by some lazy guy I will not name here personally. But I am VERY upset
about him because
there is really no fucking motion for months now and when we does not move his
ass in the next few
weeks I will ask someone else to release it.
On the split with YOUR KINGDOM IS DOOMED we have some problems with the
master, so
if you want, to can get a 500 copies without the proper breaks between the
songs which totally sucks
ass but that happens when you don´t make master CD´s by yourself and rely on
others.
And the split 5” with MASSGRAV should be out in a few weeks as well.
Let´s see what happens
there….
SO, summarized you could say that we have quite a few problems here and
nothing really works at
the moment. Let´s see what the next few weeks have for us. So until then…

We DON´T do any split stuff until

I
am sad, very sad....
We had to cancel three more gigs we certainly wanted to play, one in Czech
Republic, where we had so much trouble
with canceled gigs in the last years and where so many fans are pissed about us
and two in Germany where we surely
wanted to play after our spring break which has been extended to a
spring/summer break. But let me tell you what has
happend:
Frank
wanted to build his house from april to the end of may and he had such big
delays in it that he didn´t get ready
in time. So he worked in his house until now. He is not ready, but he wants to
make music again after 5 months of
silence which is good after all, because after all those flames we received by
mail, we wanted to quit the band but
we decided to continue and record at least another full length album and
release a very funny discography CD later
this year.
So. SORRY again that we won´t play at the Giants of Grind in Salzgitter on the
28th of August and at the Trainspotting
Festival in Schweinfurt at the 3rd of September. And we didn´t play
at the Play Fast or Don´t in
some things really gone wrong. Topsy of Sanitys Dawn told us that we should
write the organizer of the festival about
the matter and we didn´t do it because we thought the he would tell him about
it. Thats the problem when you do
things in a hurry and when all band members are included in planning gigs. We
are SORRY about it !!!
For the future: When you want us to play somewhere, talk with ME about the
gigs. So we have ONE person who has
the overview of upcoming gigs. And we won´t forget anything and we have the
contact adresses. I am at the computer
the whole day in my job so it´s the easiest for me to arrange things. PLEASE,
if you want to ask about concerts, mail
to EMU@YACOEPSAE.DE NOT to anyone else.
We still plan to release some splits this year, so we want to finish the work
on the new songs soon and record them
this year to release them soon next year or very late this year. Then we will
make a discography CD, which will include
EVERYTHING the was never releases on CD including MANY bonus tracks, old shit,
funny stuff and a lot of farts
which will make you laugh! And next year, after we finished the work on these releases,
we will finally make a new
full length album. BUT we have to re-start practising again !!! I hope that
from the 6th of September, we will start
making noise again and that everybody will understand that we CAN´T play gigs
after 5 months of silence !! PLEASE !!
OK, so much for now. By the way, we still have a lot of shirts and split CD/LP
with SANITYS DAWN and some
live 7” live splits with FUCK ON THE BEACH for sale. Just watch out on

So for all you folks out there: We have NOT split up, I was just too fucking
lazy to update this page, we get a new

Our
last trip to
Raul, Sergio, Victor and Laura for their help and patience with us.
The whole stay was organised so perfectly, it could NOT be better. We even had a
shuttle service from the airport
to the hostel and to the club. BRILLIANT !!! So I think that we could play some
more gigs in
always treated so well.
We
have some more T-SHIRTS out !!! And there are plenty of them available in the
sizes S, M, L and XL. Just

AND we have new prices for the split CD/LP with SANITYS DAWN. You can get a CD

We havn´t heard anything from ELYSIUM so far, but I think that we can spare 2

them. But now we´ll only sell stuff here on this page for 8 weeks or so until
Frank is ready with his project he just

WE FINALLY DID IT.... Not

Today, there will a little comment from me about the recent shit that happend
here in Germany to some friends of us,
this should not be of any interest for people who do not live in this rotten
country so it´s in german. Sorry for that,
but I can´t express my anger about it in english.
Am Sonntag den 4.5.2003 fand in der Wohnwelt in Wunstorf bei Hannover ein
Konzert statt, welches die Jungs von
SANITYS DAWN organisiert hatten. Eigentlich sollten SD dort auch spielen und
die Backline stellen, es wurde jedoch
von jemandem in der Konzertplanung der Vorwurf geäußert, das SD NICHT spielen
sollten, da Prändy, der Bassist, bei
der Bundeswehr arbeitet. Darauf hin durften SD weiterhin die Planung machen,
fleissig Plakate kleben und auch noch die
Backline stellen, aber nicht spielen. Als ich das gehört habe musste ich mich
erst mal setzen und überlegen. OK, Prändy
ist beim Bund. Was macht er denn da so ??? Er repariert und wartet Flugzeuge,
die zu REINEN Transportzwecken eingesetzt
werden, er ist also kein Soldat oder ähnliches. Weshalb um alles in der Welt
dürfen die Jungs also in ihrem Heimatort nicht
spielen ??? Da kann doch was nicht stimmen. OK, man kann natürlich gegen alles
sein, aber die Kirche sollte schon noch im
Dorf bleiben. Ohne die Bundeswehr wäre der halbe Osten abgesoffen, weil das THW
völlig überfordert war und auch nicht
die Geräte für so eine Katastrophe hat, in Afghanistan gäbe es nichts zu
fressen und Strom und Wasser fliessen da nicht so
leicht wie eben hier. Aber wenn jemand aus der „Szene“ das Wort
BUNDESWEHR hört, denkt er gleich ans Töten. BULLSHIT.
Warum gehen wir nicht gleich dazu über, das Menschen, die nicht Vegan sind,
nirgendswo mehr spielen dürfen, Menschen, die
gelegentlich Sex haben oder drüber reden, nirgendswo mehr spielen dürfen und
das Menschen, die Steuern zahlen nicht mehr
spielen dürfen ??? Macht doch einfach eure Läden zu oder stellt einen CD-Player
auf die Bühne, mal sehen wie viele Leute
kommen um sich das anzusehen.
Uns sind in den letzten Wochen SO viele Storys zu Ohren gekommen, das
irgendeine Band nicht spielen darf weil irgendjemand
dies gemacht oder der Text irgendwie das Thema behandelt hat etc. Ich glaube
wirklich, das die „Szene“ so langsam aber sicher die
Bands kaputtmacht, die seit vielen Jahren dabei sind und sich den Arsch
aufreissen um irgendwo Konzerte möglich zu machen. Ich
finde, man sollte ein bischen differenzieren zwischen einem Mensch, der über
etwas singt oder der einen Job bei einem Unternehmen
hat, welches vielleicht nicht gerne gesehen wird und jemandem, der seine Taten
oder Texte verherrlicht. Ich habe Prändy noch nicht
mit Uniform gesehen, es gehört halt zu seinem Job. Und Arbeit und Freizeit
trenne ich doch noch ein bischen. Also, Freunde der
härteren Musik, geht doch bitte mal ein bischen in euch und fragt euch mal ob
ihr noch ganz dicht seit. Denn wenn das so weitergeht,
das nur weil irgendjemandem der Macht besitzt eine Fresse nicht gefällt, die
ganze Band drunter leiden muss, dann könnt ihr mich
persönlich bald am Arsch lecken, denn auf solchen Kinderkram habe ich keine
Lust mehr. Die meisten dieser „Kleindiktatoren“ sind
nämlich noch SO jung, die sind als wir schon Auftritte hatten noch nackt um den
Weihnachtsbaum gelaufen wollen aber etwas von
dem verstehen, was eigentlich zählen sollte im Punk, nämlich TOLERANZ und
GLEICHBERECHTIGUNG. Aber das scheint heute
scheissegal zu sein, es geht nur noch darum, wer 100% PC ist. Wir sind es
definitiv NICHT, werden es auch nie sein, dafür haben
wir schon viel zu viel erlebt und gesehen.
So, das dazu. Wenn noch jemand ein
bischen diskutieren möchte, dem lege ich hier die wundervolle Seite WWW.AUSTRINKEN.COM
ans Herz, auf der der nette Loser diese Thematik ein wenig vertieft hat.
Ausserdem gibt es dort ein geiles Gästebuch, wo man sich
gerne über dieses Thema austauschen kann. Selbstverständlich bin ich auch für
Hassmails zu haben, ich beantworte gerne euren
Durchfall, würde mich aber auch über Zustimmung freuen. Ich glaube jedoch, das
der absolute Grossteil der „Szene“ einer Meinung mit
mir bzw. uns ist, das so ein Verhalten Einzelner nicht im Sinne des Erfinders
ist. Ich bin mal gespannt, ob und was ich so zu lesen
bekomme.

I put a song from the upcoming release on CD/LP with SANITYS DAWN into the
MUSIC-section. Of course in two
formats as always because normal MP3 SUCKS !!! This time I made one version
with CBR 128kbit/s for you MP3-
lovers and one VBR 140kbit/s version MP3pro which sounds REALLY better with
nearly the same size BUT you need
a player capable of playing MP3pro and VBR. Cooledit works really great here :)

for this short summary of our trip to Istanbul/Turkey, but I am feeling not so
well right now, I think I catched a cold during
the weekend. The trip was FUCKING AWESOME and I don´t think to meet such
friendly, kindly and lovely people again that
soon… This weekend was a complete success and I hope that we can release
the gig, which was recorded, as a split CD or
anything else together with the awesome hardcore blastoff RADICAL NOISE, who is
an extremely tight and great band.
We will try to manage a tour for them in
gigs for us, write me a short line and I will begin to organize it.
Now a little “report” to certain theories about the Turkish scene
like it has been discussed lately in a forum which I won´t
name here. Some ignorant guys known to us said that there is no turkish scene
at all or it is not able to organize concerts for
a band like us. This, my friends, it COMPLETE BULLSHIT. OK, there are not many
gigs in Turkey, but when there is one,
it´s NOTHING compared to most of the gigs we had in Germany, because it´s all
like a big family, all the people work their
asses off to make this happen and even one turkish guy who lives in Miami/USA
came to this gig by plane (!) and spent 700
Euro to see it in person. Thanx again Baris, you are completely nuts,
hehe… But it was so nice to see that all persons
involved in this gig did such a great work from nothing to make it possible to
realize the dream of so many boys and girls,
even one of our greatest dreams, that I can just say RESPECT and give you a big,
fucking hand for this job. YOU RULE !!!!!!

Yes, we are still alive and we survived the last tour exept that I had a very
hard angina for three weeks and
now we have some other problems:

Frank broke two fingers in an accident he had and so we couldn´t practise for
over 6 weeks.
- Now we have a very bad pool of mold in our practise room we had for over two
years but now ¼
of the ceiling is full of it and has to
be fixed. Hopefully this is done right now. We´ll check it out tonight.
- We had a big flood here in eastern and northern
because there was a chance that it
would be flooded and destroyed. So we couldn´t practise for the last
three weeks because of the water and
the fucking mold. But now we should start again to Rock´N´Roll…

again, we are still alive after playing the show in
Today, I will post ONE song from our (hopefully) upcoming Pop-Punk-Cover-CD
which is currently
in the works. We are now asking the bands if we can use their songs so we don´t
get sued for covering
their material. The song I post of one of two written from US to show that we
are in fact able to write
pop-punk songs as well. You are welcome to write us a mail with your comments
and if you would like
to buy such a CD for less than 10 Euro. I need some feedback because we plan to
make 500 copies of
this CD and we don´t have enough money to make 500 CD´s for the trashbin and so
I want to have some
statements from YOU. If you listen to this, be aware of the fact that we won´t
change our style, the next
”normal” release will we fast and brutal as ever, this is only a little
“project” we had to do after recording
the “Einstweilige Vernichtung”, because we weren´t able to write
new songs anymore…
The CD will include stuff from Weezer, The Wannadies, Fastbacks, Compulsion,
Nirvana, Teen Idols,
Everclear and of course two songs from us. The total play time will be over 30
minutes and will NOT
include any lyrics for the first time in our life.

the tour with Sanitys Dawn is ready to go… The gigs confirmed so far are:

we only have 5 copies of the 10” FUCK PUNKROCK and 3 (!!!) copies of the
EINSTWEILIGE
VERNICHTUNG 12” left !!!!!!! If you want to order them, do it NOW !!!
CD`s of EV are available enough and we only have some copies left of the
CD-sampler “28 tales from the pit”
with the song “Schweinesabbat” and TWO copies of the CD-sampler
“Arschmusik Vol. 3” with “Boys don´t cry”.
Everything else is SOLD OUT completely. Sorry for that.
Nuclear BBQ records from LA will make a re-release of the split 10” with
ROT later this year. On this CD there
will be the material from that vinyl release PLUS the stuff from the spilt
7” with Tumult !!!
Just watch out for that one…. I´ll keep you informed…

First of all, we have recorded the stuff from our Pop-Punk-project last
weekend and are very pleased with the rough mix so far. We still need
to record some vocals and we still have to mix and master the stuff so
don´t expect to hear some preview stuff until the end of december.

one minute long and we are quite pleased with it. Our friend Marc Dörge, who
recorded and mixed the stuff, has made a tremendous job again. You can download
